Pakistan Monument is located on the Shakarparian Islamabad,
Pakistan also known as National Monument. This Monument shows the Pakistani
peoples unity. And its elevations easily visible form all across the Islamabad
and Rawalpindi. Adjoining the monument, the is also a heritage museum which
shows the Mughal era how they live, struggle for Pakistan, round table conference,
Life style of Quaid-e-Azam and all the thing related to him and Alama Iqbal.
This place is popular for tourists.
Monument cover the area of 2.8 hectares approximately and
its shape like a blooming flower. The Monument terrace gave the Bird eye view
of Islamabad. Monument look like a star and crescent moon from air like a star
and moon on Pakistani flag. There are five Petal’s of Monument, 4 are large
which represents the four provinces of Pakistan and smaller one represents the
Gilgit Baltistan and terrible areas of Pakistan.
The foundation stone of Monument was led in 2004 and completed
in 2007.
